Lisa Kleiman brings over 15 years professional experience in
communication, research and training with heavy international exposure.
She worked at Micron Technology Inc. for the first 7 years of her
career. In her role as the administrative services manager she
developed a corporate records management program, and spearheaded
internalization and centralization of corporative administrative
functions including desktop publishing, copy and distribution services.
She also managed Micron’s market research department. Her research in
competitor analysis, new market feasibility and customer satisfaction
contributed to the successful launch of new products, improved
marketing strategies, advertising effectiveness and the company’s image
in the market place. More recently, Lisa has worked in instruction and
training disciplines, designing and delivering English courses and
seminars for international audiences in Switzerland and at Boise State
University. Lisa also assisted with a local start-up venture where she
recruited, trained and supervised over 40 language instructors and
developed and promoted a junior language program.
Lisa received a BS degree in marketing from Montana State University
and a MA degree in technical and professional communication with a 4.0
G.P.A. from East Carolina University.
