Mr Loeber’s career spans 25 years in a variety of high tech industries at large corporations such as Hewlett-Packard as well as small start-ups. Serving as Marketing Director in a variety of companies, he has been responsible for multiple business turnarounds by focusing the organizations on market fundamentals, creating a business plan that matches the company’s competitive advantages and budget, developed the appropriate product portfolio, and executed effective marketing campaigns to drive demand. In his career he transformed a sluggish, stagnating product line at HP into a growth engine, increasing revenue over five times. In another business he redefined an under-performing business to position it for growth in new untapped market segments, making it the largest revenue producer in the division.
Mr Loeber has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Hewlett-Packard (printing and imaging, commercial media and industrial specialty printing), IMED (medical systems), and Microbics Corporation (bioscience). He holds an MBA as well as Engineering degree.
